Refreshing and vibrant pineapple dragonfruit lemonade made with fresh fruit, citrus juice, and simple syrup. A tropical drink everyone will love.

Fresh Dragonfruit
Pineapple Juice
Fresh Lemons
Simple Syrup
Water

Instructions
- Scoop the dragonfruit. Slice it in half and scoop out the flesh. Mash it or pulse it in a blender.
- Juice the lemons. Roll, slice, and squeeze the lemons. Strain out seeds.
- Mix the base. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, water, and simple syrup. Stir well.
- Add the dragonfruit. Stir in the mashed dragonfruit. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Chill. Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Stir before serving.
- Garnish. Add lemon slices, pineapple wedges, or dragonfruit cubes for a colorful finish.
Notes
For a frosted version, blend 1 cup of lemonade with 1 cup of ice. Use pineapple dragon fruit syrup for deeper flavor. Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
