Description

Refreshing and vibrant pineapple dragonfruit lemonade made with fresh fruit, citrus juice, and simple syrup. A tropical drink everyone will love.


Ingredients

Fresh Dragonfruit

Pineapple Juice

Fresh Lemons

Simple Syrup

Water

Ice: For serving


Instructions

  1. Scoop the dragonfruit. Slice it in half and scoop out the flesh. Mash it or pulse it in a blender.
  2. Juice the lemons. Roll, slice, and squeeze the lemons. Strain out seeds.
  3. Mix the base. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, water, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  4. Add the dragonfruit. Stir in the mashed dragonfruit. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  5. Chill. Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Stir before serving.
  7. Garnish. Add lemon slices, pineapple wedges, or dragonfruit cubes for a colorful finish.

Notes

For a frosted version, blend 1 cup of lemonade with 1 cup of ice. Use pineapple dragon fruit syrup for deeper flavor. Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
