Description

Creamy no bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups layered with graham cracker crumbs, Greek yogurt, and fresh berries. A perfect family friendly dessert ready in minutes.


Ingredients

8 oz graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sliced nuts

2 cups fresh berries

1.25 oz freeze dried berries

16 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with sliced nuts. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in lightly crushed freeze dried berries.
  4. Spoon a layer of crumbs into serving cups and press gently.
  5. Top with cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
  6. Add fresh berries over each cup.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Add toppings just before serving to keep fruit fresh. For extra crunch, toast the crumb mixture before layering.
