8 oz graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sliced nuts
2 cups fresh berries
1.25 oz freeze dried berries
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with sliced nuts. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in lightly crushed freeze dried berries.
- Spoon a layer of crumbs into serving cups and press gently.
- Top with cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
- Add fresh berries over each cup.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Add toppings just before serving to keep fruit fresh. For extra crunch, toast the crumb mixture before layering.
